Alexandre was so incredibly helpful and kind (and spoke English) and Fredric was so friendly and patient (with my terrible French). I am so grateful for their help! I needed an emergency tire change on Canada Day, and though it took a little while, I was happy to wait. They helped me as soon as I showed up! They were friendly, kind, and patient.
