Personnel courtois notre arrive mais notre dpart c'tait une autre histoire, la personne tait bte comme ses deux pieds (supposment la propritaire). Beau camping dans son ensemble. Ce qui a t vraiment dsagrable c'est qu'il n'y a pas 2 employs qui disent la mme chose en lien avec les rglements. Premirement il y a des frais de 5$ + taxes pour rserver, 3.$ + taxes pour le chien par jour, 4.60 $ + taxes de frais par heure si on dsire rester un peu plus tard le dimanche et en plus le couvre-feu pour la visite le samedi en basse saison est de 10h00. Justement on ne drangeais pas personne samedi soir vu que nous sommes en basse saison, il y a moins de campeur. C'est ni rien comprendre. La personne la sortie nous a dit que tout est indiqu sur le site internet, ont passe pas notre temps aller voir les rglements du camping au cas o... Nous nous sommes fait dire que la piscine serait ouverte alors qu'elle tait ferme. Je n'y retournerai plus malheureusement.
HORRIBLE STAFF!! VERY UNPLEASENT AND RUDE. Not understanding. Sure the place is great for kids as their play structure is huge pool is small, but it's close to Granby zoo. We've been going here for 4 years now and every exerience was great until this year. I came with my family of 5 and my moms family of 3. We both have campers and booked sites side by side so we can have a joint experience. Well we were told very rudly that we can not pull our camping in so our door is facing my moms camper door. Horrible experience and could not enjoy it with the rest of our family very rude staff would never come here again. I'd rather have a place that welcomes family's and can share a fun experience with everyone. High key suggest not going if wanting to enjoy with a big family
WOW. What an experience. Staff is super friendly, place is beautiful, the lots are great. Cheap ice and wood- 24hr camp fire allowanc. What could be better!!Thank you Nathalie and Joannie. Super service. These two girls made everything wonderful.
So much fun for the family
Little tight, alot of lots canot fit rv and vehicule, so must park elsewhere (not a big deal). Not many public restrooms. Wifi is so so. Other than that it a great place alot of activities for kids. Huge pool, parc, rink, trampoline, outdoor "drive in" (only friday's). I recommend this camp site if you are a familly.
