If I could rate lower I would, didn't enjoy my stay at all, rooms were not very well maintained, pretty dirty, dusty, and dirt on the sheets! However it was in a convenient location close to a lot of stuff, such as restaurants and the grandby zoo, and rooms where very cheap. Also make sure your girlfriend doesn't do her makeup near or on the bed! You'll get a 50$ cleaning fee because they are unable to use or clean the sheets anymore!! You can definitely find a better hotel for a more reasonable price... especially with no cop cruisers sitting outside the building...

Truly a terrible place. Our toilet will not flush, even after plunging it. You cannot see your feet when swimming in the pool. The room smells like cigarettes. My wife has small bites after feeling something crawling on her in bed. Theres lightbulbs missing/burnt out in the entranceway, bathroom, and the salon room(big bathtub room). The towels are worn and smell of mothballs. No one answers when you call reception, you have to walk outside to the main house and hope someone is there to buzz you in.When I first arrived the lady behind the counter couldnt believe I had a room for 6 people. I told her I had called 2 weeks in advance to gave her a booking ID. The male owner finally came out and sorted out that I reserved a suite for 6 (2 adults, 3 kids and a baby)The room only has 2 beds. I was told there was a sofa bed, its a leather 3 peice couch from a yard sale somewhere. It does not pull out to a bed and cannot be slept on. I had to argue with the owner to get a cot for free. He wanted to charge me for it. I also had to ask for it 3 times before finally bringing it. Im sure Im forgetting some more bad things, but Im tired and mad. If all the other hotels werent booked, we wouldve left. I hold out no hope that breakfast will be any better, cant get any worse can it!?*update all the kids are asleep and my wife has more bites on her neck, back and side. Great. 10:30 at night, no hotels with vacancy and bed bugs!!!!!Please stay elsewhere.
