We were so excited to check in, beautiful at first site. Then the nightmare begins. There were fruit flies in our room, could not figure out why. Oh wait, there were a rotten tomato and some other rotten fruit under the tv unit. We brought the rotten items to the front desk and ask to speak to a supervisor or manager, no one was available and they informed us someone would be in touch with us. Furthermore, the refrigerator was not working properly, there were kids running and jumping in the hallway way pass 11pm, the beds were hard as a rock, therefore very little sleep. There was a lot of dust in the room which made my allergies worst. Even after reporting this to front desk, there was no follow up with us. I wish I was able to post the pictures on here of the rotten food, dust. Also, wifi was working only if you were in the lobby. Will never go back there again NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!
Location is great. Neat ice cream shop with an indoor/outdoor jungle gym right across the street. Adjacent to bike and walking trails and the river. No complaints about the room, but the pool/spa area is what I was most impressed with. Proper Nordic spa setup with a decent sauna that actually gets hot, cold and hot pools, indoor and outdoor.
This hotel was fabulous! I stayed 3 nights with my husband and kids. Breakfast was amazing and the pool and hot tubs were a delight.Will definitely go back. Staff were very nice and helpful.
Nous avons t bien reus, on nous a offert de bons services. Le personnel a t courtois et de bonne humeur. Les lits taient confortables, les chambres propres et le djeuner excellent!
We stayed at St.Christophe this summer and were absolutely impressed with the service, from the front desk, to housekeeping and the manager. We had some difficulty booking through a 3rd party, but the manager quickly and efficiently stepped in to make our stay most comfortable. We are definitely going back when we visit Grandby next year!
